  In today's interconnected world, the term "IP address" is often mentioned when discussing internet connectivity. But what exactly is an IP address? In simple terms, an IP address is a unique identifier assigned to every device that connects to the internet. IP stands for "Internet Protocol," which is a set of rules that governs how data is transmitted over the internet.
